SPECIAL NOTE:
- Exhibitors from 2024 will have their booth spaces rolled over to the September 2025 GMC at the same cost, size, and location. You can designate your free attendees once the September registration opens.
- If you decide not to exhibit in September 2025, you can request a refund by contacting [email protected].
- GMC 2025 will return to a large-format exhibition hall, with previous 2024 exhibitors having first right of refusal. Submit your contact info to be notified when booth sales open up for 2025:

Exhibit Pricing

For a contiguous tabletop package over 8' x 8', contact [email protected] for pricing and details. The January 2025 exhibit hall will feature a tabletop format, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is not included in the reservation fee. Be sure your registration is active to secure your tabletop. This event follows GMRC Cancellation Policy “A.”
