About GMRC

The Gas Machinery Research Council (GMRC) is a not-for-profit research corporation that was founded in 1952. GMRC provides its member companies and industry with the benefits of an applied research and technology program directed toward improving reliability and cost effectiveness of the design, construction, and operation of mechanical and fluid systems.

GMRC serves the industry through technical training programs and conferences, including the annual Gas Machinery Conference & Exhibit. GMRC is a subsidiary of Southern Gas Association (SGA).

Membership Information

Member categories are Operating Company, Engineering & Fabrication, or Associate Member.  Dues for operating or engineering/fabrication companies require an initial payment, with the amount based on company type and size, followed by annual research dues of  $4000. 

For Associate Member (vendors) dues are $4000 annually.
