WebMap analyzes crankshaft web deflections. Based on original development work by Ray W. James, P.E, Ph.D, with further development by Southwest Research Institute's Mechanical and Fluids Division (MECFE) and Culverson Software; funded by the Gas Machinery Research Council. TurboPerform incorporates guidelines for field testing of centrifugal compressors and is co-authored by GMRC and SWRI and complements the new API 616. It utilizes multiple equations of state and standard models and methods to evaluate centrifugal compressor performance. ValveLife allows operation managers and engineers to optimize installations by determinging the most effective balance between compressor efficiencly and plate valve life.
Software developed through the GMRC Research Program is available through ACTT, div. of CECO. Contact ACTT for more information, 800-836-7333 or actt@ceconet.com
