This two-day seminar provides manager / director level individuals with practical insights into learning how to improve leadership effectiveness at the direct / tactical level of business.  The focus of this course is on leaders leading non leaders and managing the things non leaders do.   Leaders are immersed in a process that will enable them to learn how to develop day-to-day and tactical leadership skills around the leadership implications in production and driving results through others; aligning to a vision and executing operational objectives; building strong leadership relationships; endearing trust and commitment of people; building functional competence and aptitude; and setting goals and tasks; leading high performing teams; leadership implications in transformation and change initiatives; and increasing day-to-day efficiencies and effectiveness among people.  Upon completion of this seminar each person will know to use the Next Generation Development Process to further develop his own individual leadership effectiveness and the effectiveness of others.
